Description
The client contacted SMD to see if we could deliver improved performance with their mud system and they are suspicions that the water may have inadequate pH and hardness. After to use SMD products, We addressed ph and water hardness issues
CONCLUSIONS
1. The SMD Water Forcement increased the pH value and reduced water hardness, creating the optimal environment for a complete polymer reaction.
2. The SMD CHP Ultra achieved higher viscosity values
3. It was demonstrated that our products effectively function as an alkalizer (Water Forcement) and viscosifier (CHP), achieving a 50% reduction in previous usage and delivering improved viscosity values.
